After his playing career, Andy Sutton worked for a number of years as President of a leading hockey brand. Always wanting to do things differently and realizing that things in hockey needed to shift, he stepped away and took over Verbero in December of 2019.


The main focus being to bring premium technology and the best custom program to the market at an affordable price. Verbero is different. Verbero is bold.

In addition to being a 16-year NHL veteran, Andy has also worked in many different sectors, giving him a wealth of expertise that touches all things Verbero. Andy studied Engineering at Michigan Technological University and has now spent the last 12 years manufacturing and selling equipment and apparel for multiple brands. Andy prides himself on efficiency within his business interests, Verbero at the forefront of his daily objectives. Andy is always a student and unafraid to do what’s needed to advance Verbero and our associated products, with a focus on software, enhanced customer journey and boutique partner support.

Mike Brewer brings deep expertise in supply chain and manufacturing, honed during his tenure as Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Nike, where he led global operations with a focus on innovation, scalability, and efficiency. Now serving as Chief Operating Officer at Crate and Barrel, Mike applies his strategic perspective and commitment to operational excellence to drive value across the organization. He is known for his ability to lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. With a sharp attention to detail and a clear vision for growth, Mike continues to elevate customer experience and optimize supply chain performance.

Donnie Wishard is a passionate and results-driven technology leader with 20+ years of experience in software architecture, development, management, e-commerce, and supply chain solutions. He has built and scaled large software platforms, co-founded and successfully sold a technology company, and is recognized for fostering collaboration, inspiring teams, and driving innovation through cutting-edge solutions. Donnie is committed to building strategies that solve complex challenges while creating lasting business value.

Freddie Jaderholm

Freddie Jaderholm is a seasoned finance and operations professional with over 20 years of experience at global giants Coca-Cola and Nike. Throughout his career, he has held key roles focusing on finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and logistics, playing a pivotal part in driving strategic growth and operational efficiency. Known for his analytical expertise and cross-functional leadership, Freddie has consistently delivered results in fast-paced, high-impact environments. Now in post retirement from Nike, he’s focusing on creating value by being an investor and advisor with the experience of 20+ private placement investments; Verbero being one of them!

Making itself a one-stop shop for teams when it comes to premium equipment, game wear, and apparel, Verbero also began focusing on deepening team partnerships and events. Sutton instills that the teams Verbero works with aren't customers, but rather partners, part of the Verbero Family. In order to create value for Verbero's partners, Sutton created things like the Jersey Fundraiser Program to assist with team fundraising, Coach Care Program and exclusive pricing on stock and custom sticks, to name a few.
